We were becoming exasperated with the entire car shopping process. We were, that is, until we talked to Christian Penafiel on the phone and asked about a particular car we saw on their website. He said he had it and would have it ready for us to look at. so we hopped in the car. On the way down, we talked about the uncomfortable incidents at our last few dealerships and we were not sure that we could take any more disappointments. We need not have worried. Christian was the most professional, likable, and trusting salesperson we had come in contact with during our quest to find a new car. We immediately felt at ease. He answered every question that we had and not once did we ever feel pressured. Needless to say, we bought a new Nissan Rogue from him. It was the easiest and least stressful car purchase that we have ever made. And Ritch Greco was professional and easy going while walking us through the financial paperwork. They did not have the exact car I wanted on the lot (features and color) and Franco contacted many dealers and finally found the car I wanted in West Virginia. It took a few days but Franco updated me everyday on the status of my vehicle. It was exactly what I wanted and love my new car.
