Release the hounds! I stopped by Kings Nissan to ask about a used car they had listed on the internet, but didn't have pictures for. The problem started when I pulled in I stopped by Kings Nissan to ask about a used car they had listed on the internet, but didn't have pictures for. The problem started when I pulled into the lot. I had asked my wife to meet me at the dealership, and she arrived a few minutes before I did. When I pulled in, there were 3 sales people standing about 15 feet behind my wife's car, waiting for her to get out. When I arrived, I parked next to her and when I got out of my car, one of them had approached me before I could even get over to her car to say hi. I told them we'd need a minute and he backed off. My wife put her window down, said she didn't feel comfortable getting out of the car until I got there, as they had come out and stood there as soon as she parked. After we said our pleasantries, I approached the sales person who had approached me, Isaac, and I told him I was there about a car that I saw online. After giving him the details, I was told the car was purchased at an auction out of state and would not actually arrive at the dealership for another 4 days. No big deal, I gave my name and phone number to the sales person, Isaac, and asked him to call me when the car arrived. Over the next week, I received daily calls from either Isaac or the used car sales manager (whose name I didn't catch), trying to get me to come in and look at other cars, including ones that were thousands of dollars over what I had told them my price range was. When the car I had originally inquired about arrived, he called me and told me that it was different than what was advertised, a lower model, but they were going to be pricing it higher than the price was listed on the internet when they put it on the lot. I was told that if I came in "that day," I could get it for the price it had been listed online, but if not, it would be on their lot for $2,000 more. As the car was a step down from what was listed online and still the same price (or higher if I waited), I was no longer interested, and I told Isaac so, and he understood. The next day, however, the calls resumed about other cars. I ended up finding a car at another dealership and finally told Isaac to stop calling, I had already purchased a car from another dealer (Beechmont Subaru, great dealership, you can look for my review of them as well). Speaking of which, the car I ended up buying was the same make/model/trim as the one at Kings Nissan, but 2 years newer and I got it for the same price Kings wanted for theirs if I came in "That Day" not the $2,000 mark up price they tried to push on me. I've never felt so hounded in my life. I will never purchase from, or even look at, a Wyler dealership again, I've never had a good experience, either at Kings or at their Eastgate location. Why do they make it feel like your swimming with piranhas when you get out of your car at their dealership? More

Customer Service is A-1 My husband and I were just looking at new vehicles and never thought that we would buy a Nissan. We were greeted by a sales rep within minutes of pulling into the lot. Our sales rep was very friendly. He was not pushy like most sales reps are. We finally found a car that we liked and our rep found it in the color we wanted and had it at the dealership the next business day since the color we wanted was not on the lot. The price negotiation process went smooth. Actually, a lot of the work was done over the phone and not at the dealership, and we all know how much time you can spend at a dealership from start to finish. Once returning to the dealership, our paperwork was ready for signature. The lady in the finance department spent time with us to make sure we understood what we were signing.The car was washed and the gas tank was full. Our rep spent time with us in showing us how to use the features of the car. He called us the next day to make sure everything was ok. Then I opened the mail to find a flyer from Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan with an amazing Key for Key Exchange offer--my Saturn Aura for a brand new Nissan. Yeah, right. It seemed to offer the moon and stars, and I knew there had to be some catch. I had driven Saturns for 24 years. Loved the cars, loved the Saturn concept. The price was the price. No jerking the customer around. Bought the one I was leasing when the Saturn brand was killed. I figured considering this deal would take me back to the old "bait-and-switch" car-buying experience. I was sooo wrong! I called and spoke with Rob. He put me so much at ease that I decided to go in and check things out. I was a very wary customer, but Rob patiently answered all my questions, took me on a great test drive, and dispelled my fears of being bullied into a deal I wasn't ready to make. Working through all aspects of the offer was time-consuming, but not the ordeal I expected. They brought me a Coke. They checked my car out and agreed to take it in trade. They found me a great interest rate. Brian joined Rob and me during this process, and I learned a lot. I wasn't willing to make the deal without sleeping on it. They let me take the car overnight. The next day, I went in to seal the deal. Rob turned me over to Kelly to take me through all the paperwork. She was very good at what she does. The whole experience at Jeff Wyler was great. Nothing like I had feared. The dealership itself is very attractive, with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. I would recommend this dealership, these sales people, and this great little Sentra to anyone. More

Purchasing my leased vehicle I walked in to see if it would be beneficial to buy my leased Pathfinder to bring down my monthly payments. I still had 15 months on my lease. Mr Samir Abuyaghi came up to me immediately & asked if he could help me. He was very friendly and worked with me for over an hour to get what I needed. Mr Wyler was actually in the dealership at that time and stopped by, Mr Abuyaghi introduced me and my daughter and he was very personable. Mr Abuyaghi continued to work with me along with one of the gentlemen at the front desk (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name). Between the two of them, I walked out satisfied with the deal they had worked so hard to get for me. Kelli, who did all the paper work was great, very friendly, funny and efficient. Everyone made this a very stressless encounter and I felt like they were working for me to get what I needed. Thank you!! More
