Dealership standing behind their promises On May 20,2015 I purchased a 2013 Lexus ES350 vehicle from Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan. After we had completed the purchase and were ready to leave the lo On May 20,2015 I purchased a 2013 Lexus ES350 vehicle from Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan. After we had completed the purchase and were ready to leave the lot the salesman, Vince Meinking, handed us a single remote key fob. I advised him we needed the second key. He advised us he would try to track it down. On May 24, 2014, I emailed Vince and he told me he could not find a second key. I would have not taken the car off the lot if he had told us we would not get a second key. A second key was quoted at over $400 from the local Lexus dealer. Emails to the Salesman and the Sales Manager went unanswered. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, they attempted to contract the dealership via mail and phone and could not get a response from the dealership. Problem appears to be in the process of being resolved. Shortly after my review Mr. Hume from Wyler's contacted me and advised he was just informed of my problem and is in the process of trying to resolve issues. More
