I am not getting a new car today! Today I walked into Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan saying to myself I am not leasing another Nissan I just want to know if I can get out of my current lease Today I walked into Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan saying to myself I am not leasing another Nissan I just want to know if I can get out of my current lease (6 months early) and lease a different make of car. I have loved my last three leased Nissans but just wanted something different. I walked in the front door and this gentleman with the warmest demeanor, met me at the door, his name was Samir. I reiterated my thoughts to him about not wanting another Nissan and he assured me that he would walk me through the different Nissan options and if I still wanted another brand of car he could help me with that. Samir shared with me all the different Nissan models that were available and before I knew it I was saying what I was willing to test drive and what I wasn't. I walked in thinking I wasn't trying anything! Samir's ability to listen carefully to his customer, his patience and ability to connect, transformed me into leasing a beautiful 2016 Nissan Altima. I can tell Samir likes to make his customers feel that he truly does value his customers which isn't always the case in today's society. As Samir took me around to meet the guys in service (Matt) to the finance guy (Ritch) everyone at this establishment was top notch and very personal. Leasing a car every three years is not always a fun thing to do but Samir and his team made this a pleasurable experience. More
Just want to collect and send you out I was in today for an oil change and I had a service light that had come on the day before. The oil change was fine, no problems. They then said tha I was in today for an oil change and I had a service light that had come on the day before. The oil change was fine, no problems. They then said that my service engine light had come on because of a gas cap issue which was taken off, put back on and the light was reset. He mentioned that he wasn't sure why the light was on so they had reset it. (hoping it wouldn't come back on). Well I didn't even make it home (about 3 miles away) before the same service engine light came right back on. I also asked if a plastic cover piece located near my lower driver side windshield could be replaced and he said sure, never to mention it again. I called after I had left to see if I could get the part ordered and I was forced to leave a message which went unanswered all day. I was out of there before noon so I had at least expected a call back, I heard nothing. I thought that taking my Nissan to the dealership would be a good thing to do, thinking they would really have a little respect for Nissan owners. I will definitely not go back there again. I felt very rushed out of there. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but think that everyone should be aware. If you have a good mechanic, stick with them because going to the dealership is not what it's cracked up to be. More

Working with Dexter is always fun but extremely helpful. He is very knowledgeable of Nissan products and helps with finding the right car. He took the time to explain each option while looking and again after purchase. He sent a follow up email to ask if I had any questions after driving the car after a couple of days. He also helped with discussing the right financing for me. More

The internet group convinced us to visit their dealership, that we would be treated with respect and given a fair price on our trade and the vehicle we were interested in even though it was a 2016. Skeptical, yes but we decided to put them to the test. We were greeted with a smile, they took us right to the Altima, on the road we went and in our opinion the Altima still stands to be the best value for a mid-size sedan to this day. We were given a respectable offer for our trade and a deal was made. Within an hour and a half we were back on the road to Dayton with a brand new car, no reservations or regrets for the deal we made, just great big smiles on our face. Thank you Jeff Wyler internet team and finance department (Richard W. Greco) for a wonderful experience. Hope to deal again some day. I have already recommended this dealership. More
Great car, great experience I'm an outside salesperson and travel a great deal for work. Its always a pleasure to get an Altima as a rental car. When it came time for a new car, I knew it was the one for me. The King's automall made it easy to shop around for a few choices before stopping into the Nissan dealer there. The sales rep, Jim Oakley, warmly welcomed me and we briefly discussed what I was looking for. I was lucky they had the top end 3.5 SL Altima in stock, with all the possible features. I love this car! They made the purchasing process easy and assisted me every step of the way. I didn't feel a strong need to haggle or negotiate, as the deals and trade-ins were a strong value. I did like that they met me halfway, and I didn't feel I was being held out on, or had to push for a better deal. Overall I enjoyed the experience and have been recommending Nissan and Jeff Wyler Nissan to my friends and family. Thanks guys! More

I had bought two cars from this location under different management and was very pleased to see the efforts put forth by the Wyler family in both the facility overall as well as the sales pro's working there. I was able to walk the lot without pressure and I approached Franco with questions. He was very knowledgable and honest in regards to my search and offered many great ideas. We ultimately searched through the vast Wyler inventory to find a tremendous deal that made me very happy. I appreciate Chuck and his willingness to listen and provide me with a very fair deal that closed quickly. The business manager was swift in his paperwork and explained what I needed to know. It was great experience and would recommend them to all. Although I won't be in the service dept anytime soon I have always worked with Justin on my other cars and he could not be any more helpful. Glad he is a part of the Wyler team. More

David Hale was the salesman that assisted us on Saturday when we came out to Kings Nissan to test drive the new Murano and Pathfinder. After several hours of trying to reach an agreement on numbers my mother and I left without the new cars but it didn't stop there. Through out Saturday evening and Sunday David and I emailed back and forth when he finally stated he found my car and it had everything I wanted in it. My mother and I went back on Monday and both of us ended up buying brand new 2015 Pathfinders (different trim packages and color of course). We could not be happier with the deals we received or the service and determination of David. Cincinnati is lucky to have him! More
