Sales and Service are Great ... Rewards Program Not So Much! I went to Jeff Wyler Nissan for an oil change on my 2009 Murano and I left with a new (to me) 2015 Murano. He is very pleasant and eager to be of assistance in any way possible. My service manager, Matt, is awesome too. I have never had any issues with my service appointments. He is very pleasant and always keeps me informed on any issues with my car. One thing I was NOT happy about was that the $250.00 sales credit in my Nissan One-to-One Rewards Program was not applicable to the purchase of my used car. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and I have all my vehicle maintenance done there. Why are loyal, repeat customers not rewarded for purchasing a used car and able to use the $250.00? The program looks good on paper, but it doesn't do you any good unless you purchase a brand new car ... that stinks! More
