All employees that we encountered while there were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I would like to give a shot out to my sales gal Sentje, she was amazing!! She was able to get me everything we wanted! She made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Kings Nissan! More

We drove 2 hours to purchase a car. After we made the decisions, let the games begin. It took over 4 hours to get out of this place. This system of running into the office to discuss After we made the decisions, let the games begin. It took over 4 hours to get out of this place. This system of running into the office to discuss with the sales manager is xxxxxxxx. We ended up letting them title the vehicle in Indiana instead of Missouri because they want to charge us to run the Vetu program to determine the sales tax. They also bait and switched us on Gap insurance and a 10 year 100,000 mile drivetrain warranty. When they came out with the numbers, I specifically asked if the price included this additional warranty and was told it did. Then when we were ready to finalize the deal, they said it wasn't included because they had hidden the cost in the monthly payment and didn't show it on the price sheet. It should not take over 4 hours to buy a car. The only honest person in the group was the F&I guy but his hands were tied because of the rules of the dealership meaning they had to charge a doc fee - which is a blatant lie - and they had to charge me to use the sales tax program - which should be there problem. We are now worried about getting the vehicle correctly titled in Missouri in the correct names because of how they do business. Whomever runs this organization needs to revamp the entire car buying process. This entire experience was a pain in the tail. They should fix all their errors and omissions and try being honest and straight forward with customers. Until then, I would avoid the entire Wyler Automotive Group. More
WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! DEALERSHIP AND SALESPERSON NOT RECOMMENDED. Found a vehicle of interest from the Navy Federal True Car Buying Program. I was offered a Membershi DEALERSHIP AND SALESPERSON NOT RECOMMENDED. Found a vehicle of interest from the Navy Federal True Car Buying Program. I was offered a Membership Price, which I thought was the price quoted by the dealership and realized it was not after the purchase. It was my fault I did not verify, but I also trusted that since I inquired through the NFTCBP I got the price I was offered. Now after the purchase, the only response I keep getting is you agreed on the price. That is true however, I agreed on the price under the PRETENSE that I was given the correct price I was given when I did the inquiry and not SCAMMED, MISLED, GYPPED! My salesperson was BRAYLYN ROSS who was not helpful and just rude. Right when I met him, I did not have a good feeling. I wish had requested for another person. He did nothing for me. This dealership was more focused on making profit than customer service or helping customers. It should not make any difference on whether I bought a new or used car, CUSOMTERS SHOULD BE VALUED. If a customer asks for something, they should be willing to work with the customer in any way or at least make the effort to do so. Everything was a no and with no effort. There were instances I had to asked Braylyn to ask because everything was no. My entire purchase process felt like a transaction. NOT ONCE did I feel like a valued customer. It was just a deal! I flew from another state. I asked Braylyn if they could at least have the car filled with a full tank of gas (obviously I would have to drive the car back). His response: it is a used car, we are only required to keep a quarter tank of gas. That was it. I fill up the vehicle after I left, it cost approximately $30. Merely $30 the dealership was NOT WILLING to provide after I spent over $27K. An excellent way to show appreciation for at least bringing in business. I also asked Braylyn for car mats. His was response was they cost about $200. There’s no way they will be willing to give you that free, maybe at a discount. DEFININTELY FEELING VALUED AT THIS POINT! When I left, I had to ask the other salesperson for plastic bags to cover the floor so it wouldn’t get dirty since I had to drive the car over 4 hours back home. To top it off, on my drive home, the car maintenance comes on for a oil change. BEST Response, they probably forgot to reset it after the oil change was completed! Another extraordinary appreciation I received from this joke of a dealership! More
I understand buying a used vehicle is an “as is” purchase but I also would expect the dealership to at least stand by that they had it had it looked over by their mechanics. Spent 8000 on a vehicle only to but I also would expect the dealership to at least stand by that they had it had it looked over by their mechanics. Spent 8000 on a vehicle only to have to take it to have it fixed the next day because the check engine light came on. Our mechanic said there is no way they looked at the vehicle period! It had a broken sensor ( plastic bracket was broken) needed a new manifold gasket and I was told they disabled the check engine light! Also sent me the extra key postage due. Buying a vehicle has got to be the most unpleasant experience you can have and this is just another example! Will never purchase from this dealership again. More
