Justin lent me a rental when I called to check on it that day he told me to use the rental for another day because they couldn't replicate the noise and they were still checking it out. When I picked it up next day dreading the cost, he told me what they did needless to say I was overjoyed. This isn't the first time I have been helped by you guy's. Justin is awsome. Thanks so much. Service Experience I rarely visit Dealers for car service. This visit was not bad. It would be nice if Jeff would put some coffee in the waiting room along with the free I rarely visit Dealers for car service. This visit was not bad. He kept me informed of everything that was going thru out and when done the mechanic answered my questions about the tire rotation I have a very slow leak in a tire so I can keep an eye on it,he told me to bring it up there when I need air and they would put it .That is AMAZING customer service the entire service department is awesome More
Oil Change and Tire Rotation The experience was amazing from start to finish. I was allowed to bring it in at 8am for 10am appointment. I received a free ride to my work and told I'd get a call as soon as my car was ready. My Car was ready and hour before my appointment!!! AND Evan was already waiting for me at my work to pick me up to go get it. The guys at the shop were unbelievably amazing! Thank you to you all for everything that you do for me and your customers!!! Only concerned about sale + financing it! Overall not happy w/ dealership. Very pushy w/ financing, when I clearly stated I had that taken care of w/ my credit union.
