My daughter and I purchased a 2022 Nissan Altima and agreed on a price that included FREE window tint and repair of a ding on the hood. Went to financing where the rep tried to charge $90 for the FREE tint, did not have the ding repair on paperwork, did a lot of double talk on the warranty pricing. Added Wyler care for $189 that I did not ask for or want then claimed she “discounted” the warranty by that much. Would not show cost of warranty without “discount”. Shady shady predatory financing. Told her my last name was not on the loan paperwork “It’s fine”. 2 days later wanted me to drive back (1 hr away) to resign loan paperwork because my last name wasnt on it! Took car in for window tint/ding repair on Wed. (Only do body work on Wednesdays per sales agent) Told to pick up at 9am the following day. Drove an hour to pick up car and arrived at noon. CAR not done. No call it anything! Said they never told her to pick up the car at 9am? Why would she drive an hour if no one told her to? Told to come back the next day. Drove another hour the next day and only the tint was done! The body work for which we had the Wed appointment wasn’t touched. Have to leave it and go back next week when ding is repaired. We’ve spoken to multiple managers, zero compensation for these multiple trips, mistakes, time, gas…only excuses for “human error” The Attorney General and FTC need to look into the shady lending practices with warranty pricing, “discounts” and fees. They are definitely an over promise/under deliver dealership with a definite internal communication issue. More
