He understood what we were looking for in a car and put together a deal that delivered a car that exceeded our expectation and within the financial limits we were seeking. He even worked to maximize the value we received as we terminated our previous lease early. The whole experience made me feel listened to and valued as a customer, even though this was my first business with them though my third Nissan lease, and was even fun ( a term hardly ever associated with the usually stressful situation of car buying).
