The 5 minute conversation also gave me a sense of what Jeff Wyler is all about. I believe that all dealerships say something similiar. THey have to in order to be competitive, however, the difference is whether or not the promise is met. I hesitated at first because I'm committed to buying local (Lebanon) and questioned whether or not this would be a waste of time but I was hungry for Chick-fil-a and thought I'd kill two birds with one stone. Whether it was gut instinct or hunger pangs, I headed south. Within 5 minutes, I knew my car was there and I was with the right team. I'm delighted to say that my comfort and confidence in Tom and then Brandon made it easy for me to be a engaged customer and in turn, they exceeded my expectation and truly delivered on their brand promise. It wasn't just words. They live it. They delivered on it. And I'm delighted. To suprise and delight a customer is what every business should aim for. Jeff Wyler's team are a bunch of overachievers who clear are not content with just aiming for the ideal but rather, delivering it in an effecitve, meaningful way. I didn't just buy a car. My New Rogue I recently purchased a Rogue. Christian was my sales consultant and he made my dream car a reality! I came to the lot with a specific car in mind and I recently purchased a Rogue. Christian was my sales consultant and he made my dream car a reality! I came to the lot with a specific car in mind and when it wasnt there I was a little let down. Christian showed me cars similar to what I wanted and after a couple days of thought I called him, told him exactly what I wanted and he went to work. He found my car in Indianapolis , got it to his lot, customized it to my specifications and within the week it was mine! I love my new Rogue and I highly recommend Christian Penafield and Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan. More

The only negative ..no one returned my calls or txts after the sale of my car...customer service after the sale of a car is just as important as when selling a car. Gave a 4 star. More

I made an appointment with Brian who introduced me to Samir Abuyaghi when I arrived. Both Brian and Samir were the kind of low key professionals I like to deal with. Samir rode with me in a new 2017 Altima 3.5 SL which I then went on to purchase. In the past, my car buying experiences were not always enjoyable, but I have to say that I enjoyed the whole process at Kings Nissan. Everyone was very customer oriented. The price was good and the treatment was great. Samir walked me through all of the car's features including the technological bells and whistles. I love the car and have nothing but good things to say about the dealership. I would have no problem recommending the Kings Nissan folks to anyone looking for a new car. Scott Gampfer More
