Excellent service I came in for an oil change on my dad's Altima. I walked over to the sales side and Franco asked if I needed any help. Deceptive Sales Practice My family had a very disappointing experience today with sales consultant Billy Gray. We negotiated a deal for an Altima. On Billy's worksheet, he wro My family had a very disappointing experience today with sales consultant Billy Gray. We negotiated a deal for an Altima. On Billy's worksheet, he wrote down the deal we needed to buy a car today. We signed the deal, 300 a month for 60 months. Billy came back from talking to his manager and said he couldn't get to that price. He found a different car aand said he was able to get to our price. We spent 4 hours at the dealership. We gave permission for our credit bureau to be ran for the financing. When we were in the business manager's office finalizing the paperwork, we got to the financing sheet and noticed the inconsistency. The financing was for 72 months, not 60. When we stopped Chad the business manager and told him it was wrong he called Billy. Billy said we must have misunderstood. We showed him the deal worksheet we signed and he said we were confused. There is no confusion; the paper was signed by us right under 300 a month at 60 months. We walked away after more than 4 hours and an inquiry on our credit bureau. This is deceptive sales practice! Very disappointed in this Jeff Wyler dealership. This would have been our 4th car from a Wyler dealership. You can bet I won't buy from Wyler again. On Monday I will be contacting Jeff Wyler's corporate office and the consumer protection agency in hopes this can be prevented from happening to another family who may not have caught the deception before they drove off with the car and a 72 month loan! More
