Not the best car I have ever purchased I bought a used car from this dealership back at the beginning of 2018. The salesperson was very friendly and I never felt pressured to buy. Both times we looked at the car it was raining so I wasn't able to do a good inspection. The car was clean so I figured it was a decent car. The sales manager barely budged on the price, but we purchased the car anyway. After owning the car for 6 months now, I have found that the car was just stuck on the lot from this dealership after they changed the oil. The air filter was well over its due date to be changed and the cabin air filter was probably never changed. There were also many loose parts in the front clip like the front trim piece for the air dam. The carfax states that the car was never in an accident, but that is not so. I had a rattle in the front end of the car so I decided to change the sway bar bushings. After crawling under the car, I found several replacement parts in the front end. The car WAS in an accident. For a car that the management of Jeff Wyler pumped up so much it does not fit the bill. It is more of a polished turd. I blame 50% of this on myself for not doing a better inspection of the car. I can tell you that I will not buy another vehicle from them again. Once again, the salesperson was great. He never once pressured me to buy. He told me to do what is best for myself and my family. I do appreciate that from him. As for the rest of the dealership, I will stay away. More

Treated horribly. Made a deal up front with a salesman on a preowned vehicle. Had a cashiers check ready to go. Was supposed ro go to pick vehicle up tomorrow. Salesman calls me today and informs me vehicle was sold to someone else instead. They made no effort whatsoever to make the sutuation right. Pretty petty and dirty. Beware of these people. More

Eh, not the best experience Visited three Nissan dealers in the area looking for a specific model Rogue with a specific feature. Had a bad, ok, and good experience. Salesperson was friendly enough. We discussed the car, what they had, pricing. Did the typical 'let me talk to my sales manager' to see if we can get the price I was looking for. They couldn't, which I was fine with, just wanted to know the best price they could give me. Except as I was getting ready to leave, he all of sudden found one they had, with everything I was asking for, including the price, and offered to pull it around. I waited (again), and when I went out to look at the car, it was missing the specific feature I was requiring from the beginning. Somehow the salesperson forgot and didn't notice the car didn't have it, but asked that since this car was in my price range if I would be interested (I wasn't...as stated prior, it didn't have that feature). He checked with the sales manager one more time, while I waited (again). I finally left, and did eventually find everything I wanted, at the price I wanted, at another dealer. More

He is so rude and disrespectful. Find out a different Nissan service to fix your car. Someone should teach them how to be kind to their customers. Please be careful if you still want to get a service and highly recommend you keep yourself away from this Nissan service. My car stayed in their service department almost three business days, and they could not figure out the problem, but Matt Watson wants to charge the inspection fee (around $200) without figuring out the issue of the car.
