Poor Customer Service after purchase - Management Transmission went out on my 2016 leased Nissan Altima on the expressway on a Saturday (less than 45,000 miles on it). Called the service department a Transmission went out on my 2016 leased Nissan Altima on the expressway on a Saturday (less than 45,000 miles on it). Called the service department at 12:30 p.m. as they close at 1:00 p.m. I was told they could not make an appointment as "Transmission guy only works certain days" and I could drop my car off or get it towed at my expense." I told them I was not driving my car an hour away nor was I going to tow it at my expense when it is under warranty without a loaner car. I got hung up on by the female manager who told me she was the service manager who really was the scheduling manager. It was the most un-customer service like conversation I have ever had with a car dealership. I then called back and left a message for Gary, the General Manager, to speak with who was in that very same day. Gary called me back on the following Monday. Very rude! Shared with him exactly what happened and that I ended up taking my car into the Florence, Ky, location that very same Saturday. Who stated, "Then why I you calling me for?" My car is in the process of not only getting fixed but also was given a loaner car. Gary told me, "Make sure I leave the Florence, Ky, location a good review as they need it." He also stated, "Mr. Wyler is a family man and does not believe in working on Saturday. This is why your issue didn't get resolve on Saturday by us." I will not be back to the Kings Nissan Automotive location. Two and one-half years ago I went there to lease this car. It is a shame the lack of customer service you now provide to your current clients. In addition shame on you for putting down another dealership for handling a customer service situation in the manner that should that should have been handled by your employees and your location. Bate and Switch! He shook my hand and said we had a deal which we were negotiating the overage on mileage on another lease. Spent four hours in this dealership doing so and after he said we had a deal it ended up costing me 2400.00. Got no help from from anyone at this dealership after complaining. Take my word for it!!! Do not deal with these people. They have no morals! More

I was told that the vehicle I bought was in perfect condition, and would make the numerous trips to and from Cincinnati to Akron with no problems . This is considered a verbal commitment. It made the trip to Akron and has cost me over $1,200 to make it SAFE like it was represented to be able to continue driving it. They have so far refused to make amends. When you buy from a dealer, the car should be: Of merchantable quality – it should be of reasonable, acceptable quality given the age and history of the car Fit for the purpose intended and roadworthy As described – it should match the description given verbally or in an advertisement. It is an offence for a dealer to provide misleading information about the car including its history, specification and any repair work needed. A dealer must not give you misleading information about themselves such as any authorisation they claim to have, their after sales service or any code of practice in place. It is also an offence under consumer law for a dealer to withhold information when selling a car. Who else have they done this to? It is against the law when a verbal contract / statement is a lie. Every employee I came in contact was very pleasant and respectful! I cannot put in to words the way it made me feel. My salesman, John Powell, was amazing! We talked several times before I went to see him and he kept his word and "took care of me". He put me behind the wheel of a 2019 Rogue! Thank you John! You're the best... More
warranty issues I purchased a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder from another dealer. I took it in for servicing for a noise from under the hood. The service manager stated it I purchased a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder from another dealer. I took it in for servicing for a noise from under the hood. The service manager stated it was the cooling fan assembly. He knew it since there has been many issues with this year and model and many others. I thought I was signing a paper to approve them to look at the issue. When I called Nissan Consumer Affiars they stated the contacted the dealer and they already replaced the part. While I was on the phone with them the dealer called me to tell me the repairs were done. They pushed me into paying the $1200. They stated it is not covered under the power train warranty and I need to contact Nissan Consumer affairs div. They told me the dealer stated it is not covered on the power train warranty. There is no appealing or escalating it, I was told the dealer said no. I will not use Jeff Wyler or Nissan ever again. More
