This was very upsetting because when we talked to other dealerships in the Cincinnati/Dayton area we were dealt with above board and honesty when it came to price. We also felt very manipulated by the financial department. When we were meeting with them, they were very unclear about the warranties and service plans. The finance manager the next day they did cancel the service plan we did not want but if they were clear in the first place about the plan it would not have been a problem. In the end the finance manager was very helpful and we appreciate his professional and helpfulness it does not change our overall feeling of being manipulated by the dealership. In the end though I got the car I wanted art the price I wanted but I still feel I went to the wrong dealership and I will not be back because I do not trust them. More

My wife and I bought two cars, 2011 Sonata and 2011 Genesis. The customer service at Superior is truly superior to all other dealerships i have done business with. Especially the "#1 Ricart" in columbus which i will NEVER do business with again. Keep up the good work Bill and if ever i have a friend or family member i will recommend them to work with you. I'm not sure yet if i could say the same about Hyundai. After our repairs, i hope it will be smooth sailing on both cars from here on out. More

I worked with Joe Owens and while we weren't able to work something out on a new car, Joe located a Certified Used Hyundai that was everything I wanted and kept me in my price range. No hard sell trying to get me to go outside my price. Joe was extremely polite and great to work with. In fact, I'm already working with him on another vehicle. More

I recently purchased a 2014 Hyundai Veloster from this dealership. Mitch Minnielli really played a huge part in my decision making in purchasing this car. If it were not for his “Go above and Beyond” customer service, I would have gone elsewhere when it came time to sign on the dotted line! ? He was amazing, he stood in the cold for an hour going over every detail, every feature, and really just everything there was to know about this car! He took us for a test drive the night that we actually purchased, and made sure we understood all the little technical things, and again answered random questions about this and that. If you are considering purchasing a car from Superior Hyundai North, I highly recommend visiting Mitch, he will take care of you, but not in a pushy salesmen kind of way, and take the time to learn exactly what you want, and once you have found it, he will explain the cars features bumper to bumper!! I paid my 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe off early and was due back around $400. The financial manager wanted no part in assisting me. I called more than 15 times and went to see him three times.
