The entire team was responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I worked with Joe Owens. Joe did a fantastic job. Really understood customer service. I also had the opportunity to meet and work with the dealership GM, Doug Butt. Doug was great. Both Joe and Dough went the extra yard to ensure I had a good shopping and buying experience. More
Great price, horrible customer service I purchased a "Certified Pre-Owned" 2012 Gen Coupe from Hyundai North in mid-late May. I got a very good price on the car and it had low miles so I wa I purchased a "Certified Pre-Owned" 2012 Gen Coupe from Hyundai North in mid-late May. I got a very good price on the car and it had low miles so I was ecstatic to buy it considering the warranties would transfer over to my name. Buying experience was great and it was mine in no time. Four days after purchasing the car I noticed that the spoiler was broken on the driver's side mount to the trunk and was "fixed" with double side sticky tape. Now I do not know if this was done by the dealership, or if it had been turned in that way; nevertheless, somehow this was overlooked in their 100-some odd point inspection. Upon trying to get a hold of somebody to have it fixed, I was given the run around and redirected from voicemail to voicemail and person to person and from sales to service to the body shop. No worries, it was going to be taken care of in one trip there. Wrong. When I went to have it fixed they ordered the wrong replacement spoiler which mounted differently. Second trip to have it mounted, they didn't have a tail light that fit inside the spoiler. Four trips and a week and a half later it is fixed and all is good. However, nobody cared to drain the water form my trunk that had leaked in through the duration of the spoiler having the leak. Overall I am very dissatisfied with the customer service provided and issues not being dealt with accordingly. I am 100% unlikely to be a repeat customer. Obviously I could be the one who had an unpleasant experience, but I don't think business should be done in this manner and still am stupefied on how water in the trunk and a leaking spoiler were not found in the inspection to qualify it for a C.P.O. More

When taking our cars in for routine maintenance everyone in the service department is very friendly and scheduling is very easy. When if came to the post financing paperwork and the follow up, it was a little difficult finding out where the location for the credit unions were in the entire area or to what my account number was going to be for the loan. This had nothing to do with the sales portion but the post sales and post closing portion. Other than that, I would recommend this dealership. More

disappointed While the people were very friendly. I felt that they very manipulating about the cost of the car. They would not answer directly on much the total While the people were very friendly. I felt that they very manipulating about the cost of the car. They would not answer directly on much the total price out the door was without some manipulating and delaying around about price. This was very upsetting because when we talked to other dealerships in the Cincinnati/Dayton area we were dealt with above board and honesty when it came to price. We also felt very manipulated by the financial department. When we were meeting with them, they were very unclear about the warranties and service plans. The finance manager the next day they did cancel the service plan we did not want but if they were clear in the first place about the plan it would not have been a problem. In the end the finance manager was very helpful and we appreciate his professional and helpfulness it does not change our overall feeling of being manipulated by the dealership. In the end though I got the car I wanted art the price I wanted but I still feel I went to the wrong dealership and I will not be back because I do not trust them. More

My wife and I bought two cars, 2011 Sonata and 2011 Genesis. The customer service at Superior is truly superior to all other dealerships i have done business with. Especially the "#1 Ricart" in columbus which i will NEVER do business with again. Keep up the good work Bill and if ever i have a friend or family member i will recommend them to work with you. I'm not sure yet if i could say the same about Hyundai. After our repairs, i hope it will be smooth sailing on both cars from here on out. More
