I had a headlamp burn out at 3:45 pm on a Thursday night and my son was having surgery the next morning and I called Michelle and asked her if I brought my SUV up if she could get it replaced for me. My wife had just had surgery five days earlier so my week had been crazy and I had to get it done. I don't think it would have happened unless Michelle was there. She take great care of me and my vehicles ! She is the best service advisor I have ever had. I have had service issue at the dealership, but I never do when Michelle is there and she takes care of me! It is amazing the difference one person makes!! Michelle really cares about her customers and it shows. I try to never take any of my vehicles up for service unless she is there and taking care of me because it's like night and day!
