Misled on price, but otherwise satified. The service was excellent. The people were excellent. I love the car. However, I did have one major problem. The only problem I had was that the pricing online was extremely misleading. I spent hours completing all information, submitting for a credit report, valuing my trade in, etc... And when I went in, I was charged a far greater amount than was presented online without sufficient explanation. Only I was offered $242, and in person, it was over $290 a month for a lease. I ended up going through my employer, which got me a price of $260; but that was outside the realm of the online experience completely. It was the one area where I felt completely lied to/mislead. The people were great, but that experience really soured my on Hyundai. More

GOOD EXPERIENCE I wasn't sure what to expect. I looked around and Chris saw me and immediately engaged in conversation about what car I was interested in. My daughter I wasn't sure what to expect. I looked around and Chris saw me and immediately engaged in conversation about what car I was interested in. My daughter and son-in-law both bought an Elantra five years ago and were pleased with the performance. He pointed out 3 2017 Elantras (two of them black). The silver one was more appealing to me. And the rest is history. Upon agreeing on the car he took me to the business manager and after understanding terms of purchase I made a $500 deposit with an additional check for the balance. It was to be held until I got my financing through a trust at 5th/3rd. Unfortunately, there was an excess amount of time involved because of failure to get the authorization in the mail. Superior sent the check the day before my check was deposited. This caused chaos as four other checks went through the same day. Needless to say checks bounced all over the place. I immediately called Superior but they had no knowledge of a bouncing check. Two days later they found out and I had to write another check. Finally, all worked out. Thanks for your patience. More
