At first I was happy with my purchase of my 2017 Chevrolet Cruze from Jeff Wyler Hyundai... then my problems started once I got home. After not even 50 miles check engine light comes on and car goes Chevrolet Cruze from Jeff Wyler Hyundai... then my problems started once I got home. After not even 50 miles check engine light comes on and car goes into limp mode. I take it back to them they tell me they were aware it had a problem but couldn't get the part. (Wasn't informed of this while purchasing). So then they tell me they will fix the issue and give me a write up on everything they did to fix it. Call me a week later and tell me the car is fixed so I go in and ask for the write up on what they fixed and they say they don't have it and they will email it to me. (They never did). And then comes the problem with the title. A couple of days before my 45 day tag expires I call them to inform them I have not received my memorandum title and they say they will call me back the next day after they handle it (never called me back). It's now been 2 weeks since that phone call and I've called them multiple times trying to get this issue resolved and no one wants to talk about it, they either pass the blame on to someone else or actually hangup on me (happened once) never called me back. I had to go as far as to call a different jeff wyler dealership who tells me within 2 min of being on the phone that according to his system the car isn't even in my name and that their having trouble getting the title. But yet they couldn't tell me that over the phone or send me another 45 day tag at least to cover their fault. I will be contacting the attorney General to get this deal resolved since no one there wants to talk about it. More
Jeff Wyler Hyundai messed up somewhere in the process of selling my 77 year old grandmother a car at a ridiculous interest rate. When the first payment was due they called her to tell her they needed to red selling my 77 year old grandmother a car at a ridiculous interest rate. When the first payment was due they called her to tell her they needed to redo her contract. Then they said they couldn't find a bank and took the car from her without an apology or even to offer her a way home. I am absolutely disgusted to know a car dealership tried LITERALLY EVERYTHING to get her a car and then whatever happened take it from her without even an apology. I'm going to make sure I leave a bad review anywhere and everywhere I can. This is not how you do business. And I feel sorry for anyone that goes to purchase a vehicle from this place. More
I just wanted to let you know that Anthony Metcalf is the best car salesman I ever dealt with. I bought a Sonata from him a few weeks ago and he was so helpful. He did not pressure me on upgrades. He let m best car salesman I ever dealt with. I bought a Sonata from him a few weeks ago and he was so helpful. He did not pressure me on upgrades. He let me drive 2 or 3 cars without hesitation. He took my interest seriously. Earlier that day, I went to Columbia Hyundai and drove 2 cars and the salesman did not even attempt to sell me the car. I said I wanted to pay cash and that I was interested in the $750 off deal that expired the following day. He was not aware of offer. When I inquired about the $1500 coating that was listed on the window sticker, he said there was nothing he could do about that or the other $4000 of upgrades. He did not ask his manager. None of these charges were applied at your dealership. I felt that Anthony treated me seriously and with respect and was eager to find a car that met my expectations and needs. I will seek Anthony out the next time I need a car! I have told all my friends, who are thinking about getting a new vehicle to go to Anthony. More
Salesman was not pushy, he was knowledgeable and very professional. Buying process wasn't at all what we expected. It took a normal amount of time to go through process. Seems to me if someone is having power steering & dashboard problems, it should be fixed immediately but I guess that’s a crazy thought. When he asked why he couldn’t get it fixed sooner, the answer, not enough help. So be careful before you buy, if a problem arises, apparently your out of luck getting it repaired. More
Awful, Awful service! Sold me a 2015 Hyundai Sonata. I paid $15,000 for the car. In less than 1 month it began to experience engine trouble. Initially told me the Diagnost Sold me a 2015 Hyundai Sonata. I paid $15,000 for the car. In less than 1 month it began to experience engine trouble. Initially told me the Diagnostic Test was clean. After the car stopped, they indicated it would be $1200 to fix, which eventually became $1900. The car then ran an additional 5 days before shutting down again. They then said the cost to fix was an additional $2300. As a trade in, the Sales Manager tried to sell me a car reeking of cigarette smoke and covered in dog hairs. Totally poisonous culture. Never do business with this dealership. More
