Purchased 3 Vehicles From Dealership We have purchased 3 vehicles from the dealership. I would only deal with Chris Bosse! He knows the product line from inside and out. He is helpful from the beginning of the purchase process and stays in touch after the sale. If I ever have an issue he will make sure to assist me anyway he can. He is above board and puts you in the vehicle that best fit my needs. I have bought many vehicles over the years. Hyundai now offers the best product for the money and by far the best warranty. They have a very good service department. If you have a problem with the service department the service manager will make sure it gets corrected right away. But make sure if your looking for a vehicle do not deal with anyone but Chris!! You will do yourself a disservice if you do. More

I own a 2011 Sonata, it is the second Sonata I have purchased here, mostly, because I am stupid I guess. With my 04, the transmission had a few hiccups on the highway trip to Fla, they "tested" it found nothing, and 4000mi outside of warranty, trans failed. I bought an 11' and of course, it seems to be the most recall ridden vehicle in history. Had it tested for an engine recall, it passed of course, several months later, engine blows. Hyundai North replaced engine and called to tell me vehicle was ready. We go to pick it up on a Friday, the car wouldn't start. Had to return on Monday, car has had to be jumped twice since, and is currently dead in driveway. Superior refused to come get it evidently because it somehow is not their problem? Really? I didn't have to jump it before, your hands were the only ones in it! I will trash Superior Hyundai on every social media sites and venue I can! Enough is enough! More

I got approved. I went in there like I would do any other dealership, hopeful, but knowing the outcome would be the same, yeah your approved, but we need at least $30 I went in there like I would do any other dealership, hopeful, but knowing the outcome would be the same, yeah your approved, but we need at least $3000 down. I told Will my situation, and all he kept saying was "I got you" that's what they all say. He kept going back and fourth, to whomever but not really saying much to me. He would ask a couple of questions, but didn't say much. So then he comes to the table and said what about that car. No! cause that's not what I wanted or picked out. So he gets up, at this point I'm ready to leave, this was the last straw. Just about when I getting ready to get up, he says "I got you". If he say that to me again, superior Honda, is about to have one less employee. But then he says something I have never heard." $400 down on a 2016 Nissan Altima. Now I have a delima I don't have any 💰. So Will lead me to Jared Fox and I told him my situation, OMG he understood. Now I'm in my car , I would recommend going here and not giving up.
