"Superior" customer service I have been bringing my car in for oil changes and service for the past 5 years, ever since I bought the vehicle. Service has always been good and employees friendly. My most recent visit I had a small issue that I wanted looked at but my vehicle was slightly over 60,000 miles and was out of the warranty time frame. Thanks to Keith in the service dept and Ali my original salesperson we were able to get the issue resolved. I greatly appreciate their help and the good customer service. It makes me feel like they appreciate me as a customer and these days that is rare. Also good to know that I can rely on Ali even 5 years after my purchase. My only disappointment was that I received a coupon in the mail 2 days after my service that would have saved me some money. More
Great Service after sale. Super Friendly Service Department Our 1 year old Kona would not start, so we jump started it. Took it to the Superior Hyundai North who tested and then fully charged the battery. No issues found with the battery or the electric system. So, we do not know why the car did not start, or why the battery was not charged to 100% when we arrived at the dealer. We need to see if the system fails again. The service department explained what they did, what they found, and what we should do next. - From past experience with other vehicles, I know that electric issues are always difficult to trouble shoot. As for Superior Hyundai North - Everyone; from the salesman we used to buy the car, to the service manager, service technician, and the cashier always appear happy and are smiling. We always receive a good morning, or hello when we arrive at the dealer. More

I came in for my 7500 mile service, and was happy that it did not cost anything and they were able to do a recall at the same time. They were all friendly. The shuttle driver was very nice and thoughtful. My only unpleasant experience was with the credit lady when I bought the car. She was condescending to me because I didn't want to buy a "package" for lots more money. More

Turned Bad Carvana Experience to a Great Superior North One My wife had rented a Hyundai Elantra GT when one of our cars bit the dust. She liked it so much that she wanted to buy one. So, I find one on Carvan My wife had rented a Hyundai Elantra GT when one of our cars bit the dust. She liked it so much that she wanted to buy one. So, I find one on Carvana.com. 2017 model. Looks good in the pics, sounds like a good deal, the car had went through a 150 point inspection and they fixed anything that was not up to their standards. I go through the online financing on the site. Everything is approved. I get a call that says everything is a go and they scheduled delivery to my house the following Tuesday. This is too good to be true. Never left the couch, found a car, got the financing taken care of and they are going to deliver it to us. (this was last Friday) We take the rental back because we have the new car on the way. Yesterday Carvana emailed me and said that there would be a delay in the delivery of the car. That's all it said. No ETA, etc. So I called them. Waited an hour on hold. They told me that there was a buyer before me that had rejected delivery of this car I was trying to purchase because there was a hole in the floorboard and that they shouldn't have put it back up for sale on the site. (A hole in the floorboard on a 2017 car??? I doubt it) I had went through multiple confirmations that everything was good to go. They said if they could fix it the ETA for delivery would be another 2 - 3 weeks. (we are down a car and can't afford to rent a car for 2 - 3 more weeks). I was livid. The other cars I had saved on their site were now sold because I was under the impression that this one was being delivered soon. I cancelled the order. I found another Hyundai Elantra GT at Superior Hyundai North in Fairfield. Kenny O'Dell and Matt Allen hooked me up. I got a car that was a year newer with 20,000 less miles, upgraded wheels, entertainment package, safety features for less money. They also beat Carvana's interest rate by 4.5% Moral of the story, the convenience of buying online, from the couch isn't always what it's cracked up to be. Kenny O'Dell and Matt Allen got me into a better car and saved me thousands in interest on the loan. If you are in the market I highly recommend them at Superior Hyundai North in Fairfield!!! More
