1st Class Service I just brought my Honda Fit to Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain for the 1st time. I came for an oil change that I scheduled online for 2pm. Being my first I just brought my Honda Fit to Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain for the 1st time. I came for an oil change that I scheduled online for 2pm. Being my first time for this I was apprehensive about the procedure. But even though you could tell all the staff was extremely busy when I approached someone to explain what I needed I was greeted with a smile and taken care of right away. While I waited in a Very nice, comfortable and clean waiting room they changed my oil, rotated my tires and washed my car for a very reasonable price and in a very timely manner. I will definitely be taking my vehicle back there from now on. I am 59 years old and this is the best service I have ever experienced in my lifetime. More

This is Jeff Wyler?? Jeff Wyle Colerain lacks the loyalty that I expect in a dealership. I want customer service, and truths about my vehicle; not up selling of not needed services. We always have our 2 Hondas serviced here because it is the closest. Aside from Jenny Randolph, I don't know if one of the service advisors would be truthful about our vehicle. They promise to inspect your vehicle and it doesn't happen, they should be washing the cars, as they suggest, but it doesn't happen, when you, as a customer know that something is obviously wrong with your car, and the service department fails to bring it to your attention, it leaves you with a bad feeling, and finally, when you get a service record, and it has another customer's suggested(sales) maintenance advice, it leaves one with privacy concerns, and a bad taste in one's mouth. What happened to test driving our vehicles to makeep sure service was performed? More
The "new" switch-a-roo I took my 2000 Civic in for a routine oil change and a possible seal change. Nothing major. While I walked out with that being taken care of, I also left with a brand new 2015 CR-V. I've taken my Civic here for service for many many years and always have great customer service. Al always takes the time to go above and beyond to make sure I'm aware of any issues. This was my first purchase and the sales department was just as wonderful. Dana was my sales associate and she mentioned she's new to this side of things, she did a great job! I would highly recommend this dealership. More
Service is always excellent I have not had any problems with my 2007 Honda Accord which is the reason I bought a Honda. I take it in for preventive maintenance regularly. Got My Honda Fit From the moment I walked into the doors at Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain , I was approached by Idan Shenhav with big smile and asked if he could assis From the moment I walked into the doors at Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain , I was approached by Idan Shenhav with big smile and asked if he could assist me, for which I replied yes and he ask what type of vehicle I was considering I told him that I was interested in one of the following vehicles, Honda CRV, Accord, or the Honda Fit. Idan stated that he could assist me with checking them out. During the entire time I was at the dealership Idan made me feel very comfortable . We had nailed it down to the final two vehicles the Accord and the Honda Fit. Idan and I took a test drive for both cars. By the time we were finshed Idan and I had worked out a great deal that worked for the both of us and I purchased the 2015 Honda Fit (black). Having had a career in Customer Service, I rate theirs as an A+ and I'm a pretty strict critic when it comes to Customer Service. Wish more companies would follow the Customer Service standards practiced by Jeff Wyler Honda on Colerain! More
