A previous experience with a local Honda dealer was a complete nightmare, and I had decided to look at other dealers when purchasing my next car. A year had passed and my wife and I decided we were in the market for a minivan. I decided to give Honda one last chance and contacted Jeff Wyler Honda in Colerain. I called - asked to speak with someone in Sales. I was transferred to John Booth, and I could not have been happier. During our conversation I explained to John what I was looking for, and asked to do as much of it over phone and email. He made the process incredibly easy and negotiation was seamless. When I arrived to purchase the vehicle it took no time at all. With it being the end of the month the dealership was incredibly busy. Despite this, John had my paperwork ready and I completed the entire process in about an hour. Wow! That had never happened before. Before I left, John sat in the car with me and showed me all of the technology in the vehicle, which was incredibly helpful. I went to their showroom with a casher's cheque for the exact amount negotiated and they honored the price and commitment. Entire process was completed within 3 hours. Again I emphasize "No games played in this dealership. They are upfront and honest". I have seen many dealerships who quote something via email or phone and when you go there, the number they show you don't even stand close to their quotes. Yep, I will buy from this dealership again.
