Trade In = New Civic I had a very good experience while working with Thomas Turner and Mark (GM) on an challenging effort to get an acceptable price on a trade in and then I had a very good experience while working with Thomas Turner and Mark (GM) on an challenging effort to get an acceptable price on a trade in and then to secure the right car with the set of features that I wanted. Thomas was extremely polite, knowledgeable and persistent. His strong follow up is what finally got me in the door to finalize the deal.
