Great communication and customer service! I didn't think that was going to happen because we were working with another dealership in Columbus that dropped the ball. The sales person never responded to emails or calls and wouldn't find the car I wanted even after 4 days. I called around and was very lucky to find Tom Frede at Jeff Wyler and they had "my" car and we got a great deal. The communication between us and Tom was great and the next day we drove over 150 miles to take delivery on our brand new Fit EX. Tom explained all of the features on the car and answered all our questions. Lee in Financing got us a better interest rate and we were out of there very quickly. Thank you, Tom, for getting me in my perfect car with the color I wanted and we will see you in 10 years for a replacement! More

After, doing my research I zeroed in Jeff Wyler for the best price that they were offering for Honda Accord EXL. This was my first ever car purchase, John walked me through the whole process and patiently answered all the questions and concerns. Despite my close to zero car knowledge, they didn't attempt to take advantage like the rest of the dealers around. Unfortunately, the bank financing me gave a lot of trouble and all my hopes of getting car that day dashed down to the ground. But, John gauged all the possibilities and ensured I ride back in my OWN car. THANK YOU so very much JOHN BOOTH for staying past your working hours on a Saturday. Hope you didn't miss that concert. Despite looking like the intended victim in a slasher film, Ken was incredibly nice and worked with me to find the best deal on a new Honda Fit. Moreover, the entire staff was amazing with my 1-year old and made her night by fetching her a balloon when she inevitably got bored. They even promised an extra tank of gas when the wait stretched out longer than expected during the financing process. Features were fully explained and Ken was very knowledgeable. I had a less-than-amazing experience the 1st time I bought a new car (different dealer), and I couldn't recommend this dealership more. More

Two hours wasted I went into get a simple oil change. After waiting nearly two hours, I went to check on the car. Come to find out the employee, Jake, who took my keys I went into get a simple oil change. After waiting nearly two hours, I went to check on the car. Come to find out the employee, Jake, who took my keys was in such a hurry to leave that he never bothered to check me in. The only thing the service mgr could do was offer up excuses about being busy and it "just happens," but when I left a message on the GM's voice mail the exact same day, you would think he would call back. But no. I'm so done. I've given both sales and the service department of this dealership more than enough chances. I have no intent of ever sitting foot back on this lot. Ever. Again. More

Tom worked with me on finding the exact car I wanted at an affordable price. He looked at my price range, what kind of car I was looking for and was completely upfront about my options. He was very patient while I decided. He even came and picked my car up and took it to get the protection coat on it! He was excellent with the whole process and made it even easier as my first time getting a new car. I would recommend Colerain Honda and Thomas Frede to anyone. More

Entered the dealership expecting to walk out disappointed. Instead left the dealership that day with a new car.
