I had a service done on my car and they forgot to pick it up which meant I had to go two days without my car. This is the second car I've bought from them. I had an issue with them on my first car and Joel Cooperstein assured me nothing would go wrong on his watch but it did. They didn't pay the amount stated on our contract for my trade in. I'm still waiting on my refund over a month later. They'll apologize and that's it. More
