From the time we went in to look at Pilots, until yesterday, when we went and picked it up....our Sales Associate, Byron Brown, and everyone we dealt with, went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% completely satisfied with our purchase....Byron explained and answered every question I had, and we didn't drive our Pilot off the lot until he had made sure we were totally satisfied and happy! Byron was friendly, helpful and completely professional, while still making us feel like we were old friends. I know all my maintenance visits and future dealings with this store will be top quality. Hard Sell Technique I have been a customer of Jeff Wyler Honda on Colerain for @15 years. I have personally purchased 2 vehicles and recommended the dealership to my kids who purchased vehicles from them. My son, however, had problems with "hard sell". Today, I went to Jeff Wyler because I had an offer to buy a vehicle in exchange for my loan. I have paid off my car, so I was curious as to what I would be offered and am considering buying a new car. I, too experienced the "hard sell". I am old school and buy nothing without researching and thinking about it. I told Adam that I was not ready to buy yet. However, I wanted to see the deal. When he realized that I was not going to buy, he pointed out a paper that I initialed stating that I would buy a car if a deal could be reached and another paper, apparently for a loan, that he had me sign. They were not explained that way to me. I was being coerced into buying. I am very disappointed with the selling techniques used at Jeff Wyler and will probably not buy a car from that dealership again. I was and am very upset about my encounter..
