I got great customer service by Tom I have driven Hondas for 30 years and always been very happy with. This is the first time I went to Jeff Wyler. I got great customer service by Tom Frede -- he showed me all over the lot -- what my options were and was very efficient and professional. He tried to get me what I was looking for and went back and forth with management until I got a deal I liked. He also got me all set up with the new car and bluetooth and car door settings. It was a very pleasant and great sales experience. I look forward to coming there for service as well. More

What happen to the Jeff Wyler that said " Its cheaper to buy eggs in the country". ? I'll tell you what happen , He has been consumed by greed and power. ! I should have purchased from a small dealership which cares about repeat business and honesty. ! Constantly having salesmen come to this site to apologize is pointless if you are not willing to help the customer. I'm not mechanic, but a transmission should not fail on a car that is supposedly" Certified Used" within two days of purchase.! I would like to know who certified my piece of junk 2011 Mazda CX-7. !? The transmission has failed again. I've only had the Hoopty for 6 months and 27 days. ! I will say this, no matter how powerful you are, the tables can turn ,and it will not be in your favor. ! Time and Karma has a way of catching up to you. Money cannot protect you from reaping what you have sow. ! More
Always go To Wyler I took my 2014 Honda CRV in for service (Oil Change and Tire Rotation) and was very pleased to see everything was done to my satisfaction. Tom was very helpful to my entire family and answered any questions that we had. He made sure to communicate continuously with us during the entire process - he had the car ready to go and made sure that my son understood how to sync his phone with his car. He explained all the features on the car and kept us up to date with the financing department. Everything went smoothly and my son is very happy with his new Honda Accord. Thank you Tom and Joel! He's extremely personable, friendly and knowledgeable. No pressure to purchase which is rare. He gave me the facts and showed true respect for me and what I was looking for. I had been trying to work a deal on a Mazda and walked away because they certainly didn't make me feel like they cared if I was there or not. That can ruin a dealership. You won't get that at Jeff Wyler Honda! Everybody was extremely friendly, not pushy and definitely willing to work on price. I got an amazing deal on my new CR-V. I did have to work for it but it was fun. You can't say that about many car buying experiences. Thank you, Byron. And a quick nod to Marcello. You were great and I'll be back in about 2 years :-) More
Pleased with the Salesman, not with the financial dept. My daughter and I went to the Colerain location to buy a Honda CRV. We liked the salesman immediately. He was intelligent and friendly. We weren't sure if he thought we were very smart though, because he tried to sell us on a price that we had already rejected. However, he was intent on pleasing us and meeting the needs of our new car. He brought his manager to talk to us, and we were able to come to an agreement. The salesman's follow-up was great. He had to have the car that we wanted relocated and arranged for leather seat covers to be installed. I would give him personally an excellent rating for his energy in getting the job done. However, the financial department was not as concerned about pleasing us. He was not happy when I backed out of extra coverage on the electronics of the car. He seemed to be personally insulted about my decision. As a result, I am unable to give the experience a 5 star rating. More
