They are the nearest Honda dealership to my house but the last one I'll do business with. This is the type of business that gives car dealerships their bad reputation. No callbacks, hidden fees, price changes, etc. also be aware that they host a car insurance franchise but their body shop won't work with auto insurance companies because they can't charge whatever they want. Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere other than this dealership. I've been a Honda owner for over 19 years and have way too many bad experiences with this single dealership. I'd give them a zero if I could More

Avoid at all costs. I tried to lease a MSRP 24k brand new car for 36 months with excellent credit. I was willing to give them $3500 as a down payment to keep my payments I tried to lease a MSRP 24k brand new car for 36 months with excellent credit. I was willing to give them $3500 as a down payment to keep my payments down. They came back and quoted me $820 a month!! This has to be a joke. Do the math, If I would've done this deal, I would've paid the dealership $820 times 36 months equals 29K along with the $3500 which all in total would've cost me 33,000. The car is only 24k and I'm leasing, not BUYING it. Are you guys serious? Go somewhere else if you need a vehicle, trust me. I'm sure there are people out there that are new to the car buying world and are going to get scammed. Its a shame that this type of behavior is being done to hard working people. Its even more disturbing that their webpage has the normal rates which lure you into their store only to find out they are trying to completely rip you off by adding thousands of dollars to the MSRP amount that is advertised. If you're going to add Tens of thousands of dollars to a vehicle just because cars are in high demand, then at least put it on your webpage so people can see what your really going to charge them. This dealership uses bait and switch tactics. I spent an hour or so with a salesman (Quincy) discussing a new vehicle they had in stock. I specifically asked the price since I know vehicles are I spent an hour or so with a salesman (Quincy) discussing a new vehicle they had in stock. I specifically asked the price since I know vehicles are going high right now and in some cases over MSRP. He looked at the sticker, pointed to it and said that is the price, $28k and some change. I then said I would take the vehicle. We went to the desk to do paperwork and after about 20 mins, someone else, I presume the manager, came out with the financing paperwork showing me a payment of almost $700 and 84 months! That makes no sense on a $28k vehicle. In addition to a bunch of other dealer added items, the fine print included a $10,000 “market adjustment”. Yes - $10k…on a $28k MSRP Honda in Cincinnati! This isn’t a high end BMW in SoCal! I am sure some first time car buyers would just take their word and sign papers. I told the sales manager that was absurd when most dealers around here are charging max $2-3k market adjustments on the same vehicle. Also…why didn’t Quincy ever think to tell me about that when I explicitly asked him? I walked out and ordered one from another Honda dealer…there are plenty of others around here. Avoid these sleezebags at all costs! More
Classis bait and switch technique- they listed the car at one price and when I arrived added close to 2K for a backlight flashing app and changing fluids/cleaning. Dropped it down 1 K but still more than wha one price and when I arrived added close to 2K for a backlight flashing app and changing fluids/cleaning. Dropped it down 1 K but still more than what they advertised. Plan to contact the Attorney General of Ohio. More

We purchased a used Tesla from this dealership. We had our financing all lined up but they said they are not allowed to take outside financing. They said they worked with our same lender and just h We had our financing all lined up but they said they are not allowed to take outside financing. They said they worked with our same lender and just had to run it through their system, they showed us the number for what our original terms were and also some longer terms. I said no and I wanted the interest our lender gave us with and they said OK those numbers were based on that. The Salesperson Christian was super nice as well as Jerry but after I got home I saw where they changed the interest rate from 3.24 to 3.5. I got lied to and ripped off, that does not sit well with me. They also charge some $1495 fee for electrical inspection and adding a blinking brake light, I did not see the blinking brake light when we tested the car and I could not imagen them working on a Tesla so they removed some of that fee, this is a pure rip off fee. UPDATE Today they did correct the Interest Rate and said it was a typo mistake. That certainly helps and means they may have started bad they ended up OK. More
