Excellent service every time!! I've never had a bad experience on Honda Colerain. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I was told the previous day that I'd have to schedule the total service my vehicle required another day. When I showed up, Al informed me that they could get the service completed that day and he was able to get me a loaner. We were leaving to go out of town that afternoon so that was very helpful. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Al on several occasions. Always excellent service. Couldn't have had a better experience. More

Quickest and best car buying experience of my life! I looked at Accords on Honda.com and submitted 3 quote requests to various dealerships. I received an email from the internet department and Alan Turn I looked at Accords on Honda.com and submitted 3 quote requests to various dealerships. I received an email from the internet department and Alan Turner at Jeff Wyler Honda called within minutes. He answered all of my questions and supplied a very reasonable quote on an Accord EX-L with navigation. I received another quote from another dealership that was actually $1400 over the listed MSRP I had already seen! I met Alan that same day, he walked me through all of the features of the car and let me go off to adventure on the highways and side streets. I returned and stated that if they would give me what I thought was a fair price for my trade-in, we had a deal. Within 10 minutes, we had a deal. Overall, the whole experience was very enjoyable and took about 30 minutes. The experience with the gentleman in finance, Marcello Gray, was also very pleasant and quick and he explained all the options available. This is my 2nd time buying buying at this dealership in the past 3 years and highly recommend them and Alan Turner. More

My sales person Alan Turner made both car buying experiences very pleasant. It was such a relief to have a sales person who actually LISTENED to what I was looking for. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal on a quality product. More specifically I recommend Alan Turner to anyone looking for a car salesman who cares! Bravo Alan Turner and everyone at Jeff Wyler! I don't plan on ever buying a car anywhere else. More
