Air bag recall on 2006 Accord Brought my 2006 Honda Accord in for scheduled air bag recall. When the appointment was made I was informed that the fix would take one hour, so I dec Brought my 2006 Honda Accord in for scheduled air bag recall. When the appointment was made I was informed that the fix would take one hour, so I decided to wait for the repair at the dealership. When I arrived, Al the service manager said since I needed two air bags repaired it would take 2 1/2 hours minimum. I was going to take the car home and reschedule, but Al offered a rental car so I could complete the appointment. I took him up on the offer an had the work completed. I though this was a nice touch and really appreciated Al going the extra mile to make this a good experience at the Colerain dealership. Thanks Al. More

Ken Lillard was very helpful and knowledgeable ! Ken really helped us get the crv that we wanted. He went above and beyond to find us a car in the color we wanted within 2 days we had our car. Purchase of New Honda Accord I had performed much advance research into the various Honda models available and had determined the model that I wanted. When I told Al Sanders what I had performed much advance research into the various Honda models available and had determined the model that I wanted. When I told Al Sanders what I wanted, he did an excellent job of finding it. He did not attempt to change my preference to another model. This is probably the most positive experience that I have had in buying a car. Al was patient and made me feel like a friend instead of a customer.
