Went in for Oil Change--but they FORGOT TO ADD NEW OIL!!! Two weeks ago, I went in for an airbag recall and oil change. On my way home, my CRV started sputtering (like it was going to die), so I pulled over Two weeks ago, I went in for an airbag recall and oil change. On my way home, my CRV started sputtering (like it was going to die), so I pulled over and called the service advisor (Doug) to see if anything they had done, or had seen would have caused this problem. My check engine light had been on, but now my oil light was also flickering, so he told me that they would need to run diagnostics to see what was really going on. My husband drove the car the next day and come to find out that service had drained the old oil, put on a new oil filter, but FORGOT TO ADD NEW OIL!! We had driven 18 miles with not a drop of oil in the car. My husband went to service to personally talk to Doug. He was told to bring the car back, and they would take a look at it--so my husband had to make arrangements to get the car towed up there (the Service area should have made the arrangements to have it towed). My husband also left a message earlier that day for Jenny Randolph, the Service Manager. Jenny finally called back that evening (6 or 7 hours later) after I had spoken to Doug, and mentioned to him that we were still waiting on Jenny's return call. Ironically, she called 10 minutes later. Jenny indicated they would drive the car about 50 - 60 miles to see how it does and then get back to us in a couple of days. After 10 days of still not hearing back from Jenny, my husband called and spoke with her--where she told him she thought the situation had been taken care of. (Not exactly good follow up on her part). We have since tried calling Corporate numerous times to get the names of someone higher up at the dealership. As a result we have been contacted by the General Manager of the dealership (Mark Humme?), but even he hasn't been as helpful as we would have liked. He actually told us the only reason he was even talking to us is because we have been getting our cars serviced up there for years. We have never had a problem at this service center before, and will most likely continue to go there; as I know this was just an unfortunate error on their part. We are extremely concerned that this error could be costly should we encounter engine problems in the future as a result. After two weeks, we still have not reached an agreement of how this is going to be addressed should problems arise. I am however writing this review as I feel the customer service and follow up through this entire experience has been poor and definitely needs improvement. More

Zach Cramer was well-informed about the features on the vehicles that I considered before deciding on the Accord. He was patient and respectful and did a lot of extra work in order to find the vehicle with the features that I needed. Working with Zach was an enjoyable experience and I am happy with my purchase. I received an Edmunds quote and the went to the dealership and worked with John Booth. He was courteous and all negotiations were friendly and professional. I received a fair market value for my trade-in and was in & out in a new car in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend the dealership and John Booth. More

He went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smooth and easy. He was very professional, easy going and honestly, hilarious. I was most impressed when he took the time to patiently explain all of the math to us. Although I am good at math, it just wasn't adding up to us, until he patiently explained it all to us. Excellent service Service person was at my car before I opened my door. he wrote up my ticket, told me to have a seat and he would get me when it was ready. From the minute I pulled onto the lot and exited my vehicle I was treated with respect and courtesy. Nathan Taylor was the Sales Rep who handled the transaction for me. He was knowledgeable about the cars and took me to the CR-V that was absolutely PERFECT for me. It is like it was made specifically for me. I AM LOVING IT! Overall every one I met with went above and beyond my expectations and made for a very pleasant experience. More
