Technicians don't know what they are doing!!!! Had them rotate and balance tires. Upon driving home the low tire pressure light comes on. After checking the tire pressure, which the tire say they need 50 lbs the service department only put 25 lbs in them. I should have called and complained so that the technician would be fired but I didn't. Might not ever go back. More

Problem not resolved for a recall issue I took my 2007 Honda CRV in to have ALL locks repaired due to a recall and class action lawsuit. I thought the locks were all replaced as required by I took my 2007 Honda CRV in to have ALL locks repaired due to a recall and class action lawsuit. I thought the locks were all replaced as required by the recall. Only a few months after the repair was made I started having problems with the door lock. When I took the vehicle back to have it checked I was told that the lock could not be fixed since the timeframe had passed to have it replaced. I was also told by the technician that the lock HAD NOT been replaced as required by the recall and now it's too late to have it replaced due to the negligence of the dealership. So, now I have to pay for something that the dealer should have replaced/fixed in the first place. March 2016(Follow-up) So, I took my CRV back to the dealer and once again I got this song and dance and the door lock actuator was not fixed as promised by the manager of the dealership. So, I will just take my Honda(s) to another Honda dealer and get it serviced and have the door lock(s) repaired which should have been done in the first place. After a few lip service messages from the management at this dealership NOTHING was done. Just full of hot air. I was told that the managers wanted to meet with me and resolved my complaint and they were conveniently never available to meet with me when I arrived at the dealer which btw is a 30 minute drive for me. The door lock was never fixed. I ended up having the lock adjusted at another facility and it seems to be working although it should have been replaced by this dealership AS PROMISED and required according to the recall notice. I can only say that if you are going to do a job, do it right the first time and say what you mean and mean what you say! More
