The promises made on the sales floor may not be included in the finance documents. Don't trust them. Make sure to get copies on any documents that your sign. If they hand you an envelope, check inside. In my case, they gave me an envelope full of blank papers that was supposed to contain the financial agreements. I did not discover this until I returned home. It took 10 days to get copies emailed to me. When I checked the documents, I found the the price was not what I thought I agreed to. I was charged for a 12.5% market adjustment (that I was not told about) and dealer add-ons that was I was promised would be offset in the final price. I specifically told the sales manager that I did not want to pay for any dealer add-ons. I tried to contact a sales manager. I simply want the additional charges removed. Unfortunately no one will return my calls. More

Took advantage of me once in service department. Blatant and aggreagious. Management tried so hard to not refund false charges. Today reluctantly I attempted to purchase a new car from a Wyler Blatant and aggreagious. Management tried so hard to not refund false charges. Just taking advantage of the consumer. Shame on Jeff personally. You are not a positive member of the community. Buyer beware More

I was flat lied to about my rim warranty. This was my first time ever buying a car and I guess should have read the warranty papers. Wasn’t aware they could just lie and sell you on warranty This was my first time ever buying a car and I guess should have read the warranty papers. Wasn’t aware they could just lie and sell you on warranty then it not cover what they said it would. I was told if I scratch my rims I could bring it in and for $50 deductible they would fix it. Well I tried to use this warranty only to find out that’s not what I was signed up for. It will only cover it if something is majorly wrong with the rim. I also got the paint warranty and am now worried if that really covers what they said it will as well. I would steer clear of this dealership. I plan on buying another brand new car again in 3 years but will not be doing business with them. Save your money from their false warranties. Guy seemed nice and sincere, but was altogether lied to. More

BEWARE of this dealership! I will never return to the service department! I bought my 2014 minivan new from this dealership. However, I have had nothing but problems with th I will never return to the service department! I bought my 2014 minivan new from this dealership. However, I have had nothing but problems with the service department. Today, I picked up my minivan, after spending over $1500.00 dollars only to find that my windshield had a huge crack in in it over the driver's side. It did NOT come to the dealership with a large crack. The crack occurred while my vehicle was there and they had the vehicle for almost 2 weeks. The service manage Ryan refused to do anything about the crack. He said they would fix it but WE would have to pay for it. Worst customer service ever! I will never buy from Jeff Wyler or have my car serviced by Jeff Wyler again. More
