He was very friendly and I never felt pushed to buy any of the cars that he showed us. He even worked with the price range that I was set on staying in. Excellent Service I recently leased a Civic from Jeff Wyler Honda after previously purchasing my last 3 cars from this dealership. I had always disliked the car buying I recently leased a Civic from Jeff Wyler Honda after previously purchasing my last 3 cars from this dealership. I had always disliked the car buying experience because of high pressure sales tactics, but I never felt pressured by any of the sales people at Wyler. For the car that I just leased and the CR-V that I purchased 5 years ago, I dealt with a salesman named Al Sanders and I could not be more pleased with the service that I received. Al recently contacted me, knowing that it had been 5 years since I purchased the CR-V and that I might be in the market for a new car. I informed Al that I was considering a lease and told him the terms that I was interested in. With just a few e-mail exchanges, Al offered a deal that met my needs. My wife and I went to the dealership, took a test drive, and deciced to complete the deal. There were no surprises and the lease agreement was exactly as Al had offered in his e-mail. This was the easily the best experience I have ever had at any car dealership. More

We came into the dealership My wife and I recently bought a new 2016 Honda Odyssey at Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain and had a great buying experience. We came into the dealership looking for a late model pre-owned Odyssey, but when we didn't find one with the right color/mileage. Our salesperson, John E. Booth, asked if we might want to look at a new 2016 Odyssey. After test driving one and getting a really great price from John, we decided to go with the new Odyssey. John didn't pressure us at all and he stayed late after they closed to finish our purchase. Overall this was a great buying experience. More

He didn't even complain when I asked to listen to different vehicles and compare the sound systems. More
Wrong Car + Terrible Customer Service About a week after purchasing my 2016 Honda Civic, they called and let us know that they had mixed up cars at the dealer, and the car that I did paper About a week after purchasing my 2016 Honda Civic, they called and let us know that they had mixed up cars at the dealer, and the car that I did paperwork for was not the car that I drove off the lot. "To make it easiest for me" they drove to my area (~1 hour away) and switched cars. Brad Hardin (the salesman I've dealt with this whole time) was several hours late and forgot the second key to the car as well as the loan paperwork. He also promised a gas card since he used up my car's gas driving it to me. It's here that things went from bad to worse. This switch occurred over two weeks ago, and I've yet to receive the key or gas card (another employee emailed the loan paperwork after a week and half of asking for it). Getting in contact with Brad has been an absolute nightmare. He never answers, and almost never responds to voicemail messages. He's lied to me several times about mailing the key and card. Additionally, we've reached out to Mark Hume (GM) and he wouldn't return our calls either. My experience with Jeff Wyler has been terrible and I would willingly pay thousands more for the same car if it meant never doing business with Jeff Wyler again. UPDATE: It appears that the dealership only responds to negative reviews, not my phone calls. After this review, Mark Hume reached out to me. It took almost a week of him nagging Brad and other sales people before I was mailed a key and the loan paperwork. Mind you, this wasn't actually the key to my car, this was a blank key that I had to take time out of my day to go to another Honda Dealership to have programmed. I still never received the gas card I was promised. While I'm happy this is finally resolved so that I don't have to deal with Jeff Wyler Colerain, the follow up service still warrants the review score that I previously gave. I've definitely learned my lesson and will not be doing business with Jeff Wyler Colerain in the future. More
