Car antenna Replacement Early in November 2015, I started backing out of my garage and the door wasn't all the way up and my antenna snagged it and was pulled away from away Early in November 2015, I started backing out of my garage and the door wasn't all the way up and my antenna snagged it and was pulled away from away from the roof. I took it to Honda on Colerain to have it fixed. When I picked it up I noticed that it wasn't 100% flush with the roof, I ask if that was normal was told that it was sealed and would be fine. They had to replace the antenna and I paid $487.21 for this repair. In September 2016 I noticed that there were water marks on the ceiling, so I took it back in to have it looked at. They thought it may be the sunroof and told me to bring it back in for The Water Doctor to check it out. He found that it was the antenna leaking and I had to pay to have it repaired ($324.) Honda said they didn't repair the roof, they just replaced the antenna because they don't do body repair there. No one EVER mentioned that to me. I don't feel I should have had to pay this since they didn't do it properly in the first place. I'm not satisfied with the situation at all (even though I ended up paying $288.94 instead of $324,) More

Till closing time on labor day weekend just to check out a vehicle we been researching online driving around the lot couldn't find the car so we were headed out and on the way out we ran into a salesman Ken Lillard we asked where was the suv located he pointed us in the right direction and said he will be over shortly we went over looked the car over liked what we seen but it was a bit more expensive than anticipated Ken walked up very nice and polite an started telling us about the vehicle history features etc. which was very helpful then offered us to test drive by this time it was pretty much closing time so we were hesitant but he insisted so we took it on a test run very nice indeed brand new Honda hrv we come back he offered a drink an asked how we liked it and are we interested in purchasing said yes so we went inside to talk a bit more told him about our concerns with the pricing and how it was a little over our budget mindful it was well after closing by this time on a holiday weekend he didn't mind at all he was patient understanding and stayed over with us but long story short we walked away very satisfied in our new vehicle at our budget best decision ever made More

Made me feel welcomed I have less than great credit and was very nervous going to buy a new car after mine was totaled in an accident.
