Dissapointed with the boss. I guess that I do not understand how the dealership sells cars. I like to look and decide what would be the best car for me. So, when I received a letter with a coupon and an opportunity to win offer, I went to my favorite dealership of 14 years, Jeff Wyle Honda of Colerain, to look at cars. I received fantastic service from Brandon Martinez and Ken Pillars.. Brandon patiently helped me decide on what car I needed. All was great until the boss, John Booth came into the picture. He made an offer, which was just OK. I felt like he was pushing me to buy and I was NOT ready. They wanted my Accord and I was not ready to give it up. (I had family that wanted my car) John took my letter and with-held a service coupon, telling me I had to come back to get it. I was not able to come back as instructed, so I called and John told me that he would send the coupon to me, claiming that he did not have my letter. That was 2 weeks ago. I have NOT received my $25.00 coupon. Meanwhile, I have received better offers from other dealerships. More than likely, I will not return to Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain, even though my family has bought 4 cars from them. I do not think that management cares about the customer. I do have one question for them, however. WHY SEND COUPON OPPERTUNITIES AND A CHNCE TO WIN IF YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF FUFILLING YOUR OFFERS? Justin was very honest with us and did not leave out any details concerning the purchasing of the car, financing or insurance. He showed me how to use all the features in my car before I left and asked me to stop by in a week or so to get another detail on the car since it was pouring when we left. How nice is that?! Would go there again for another Honda! More
