That is an extensive amount of time to spend for just the few minor things I had done. I was not happy about the amount of time I had to spend when I had the appointment scheduled. This is my 3rd lease in a row with Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain and we bought our minivan there too. This lease and the last one were both negotiated and completed with Bobby Grigsby. Bobby and I hashed out the deal in 3-4 emails and I picked up my new car the same day. I was in and out the door in 1 Hour 45 Minutes which, to me, is very fast when buying/leasing a car. Bobby was great and I highly recommend calling and asking for him to negotiate your next Honda lease or purchase. More
