Keith was my sales associated and he answered all my questions. He gave me time to think about the purchase and I did not feel pressured at all. He worked with me to find a car in a price I wanted. John touched base a few times throughout the process to make sure it was all going smoothly. Again, I did not feel pressured to make a decision, and was given time alone to think about it. Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain made purchasing my car a smooth process. I would highly recommend this location to anyone thinking about buying a car!! More

Very Good Experience I spent a lot of time researching the type of car I wanted, down to the color. I was thrilled to find a car that ticked off all the boxes at this dea I spent a lot of time researching the type of car I wanted, down to the color. I was thrilled to find a car that ticked off all the boxes at this dealership, which is roughly three hours from where we live. Tad Miller was our sales person, and he made every effort to make the long drive worthwhile. He made sure the car had the features I wanted, and also made sure I knew that the car did NOT have one of the options I'd thought it did. However, he offered an inexpensive solution, which we will implement at some point. My husband and I enjoyed meeting and dealing with Tad. I would say that all of the people we met throughout this transaction were pleasant and professional.Our only complaint, such as it is, is that we had a bit of a wait on doing the paperwork. But there were several people ahead of us who'd bought vehicles that afternoon, and I think that probably speaks well for this dealership. I absolutely love my "new" Honda CRV! More

Odyssey Safety Issue My wife and I purchased a Honda Odyssey from Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain. Over the years, we have had the vehicle in the service department for mino My wife and I purchased a Honda Odyssey from Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain. Over the years, we have had the vehicle in the service department for minor issues and oil changes. A few months ago, the passenger rear sliding door came off the track due to the rollers failing. We took it into them, and was told this was normal wear for a 100,000 miles. While we disagreed, there was no warranty and no recall, so with little choice we had the repair completed. Three months later, the same issue is now happening on the driver side door. We were told again normal wear. We will get back to this, since while dealing with it a new door issue developed. While driving our daughter to school, the sliding door that was locked at the time, came unlatched and opened. WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD! the car was pulled over, the door switched to manual operation, and again locked. When driving started again, the door once again unlatched and open while the vehicle was in motion. Immediately we took the van to the dealer (Jeff Wyler Honda Colerain), and we were told that without paying $100, they would not be able to look at the vehicle. We were condescendingly told by the service manager that they had to charge us as they were in business to make a profit, and somebody had to pay the technicians cost. I guess safety is out the window when profit is on the line. As of today, 3 days later, we are still waiting for a call back from the service manager Jake. Corporate did get back to us and is sending a $250 gift card. That is small potatoes when you consider the $2000 the dealership is trying to make from us, and the fact that Honda is now producing and ignoring major safety issues. Beware of Honda and any dealership with Jeff Wyler. More
