The first dealership I stopped at was roughly a 4 minute visit. I had (what I thought to be) a pretty high budget. However, it seemed pretty apparent that the man who greeted me outside was uninterested in helping me. So I headed back down the street and pulled into Jeff Wyler. At first, I was unsure of where I needed to park. It must have been pretty obvious though, since a gentleman in a dark suit standing outside of the building with a few other men immediately started waving me over in his direction. They were all smiling and welcoming before I even parked my car! Immediate good vibes. I got out of my car and was instantly greeted with positive, sincere personalities. One of these gentlemen, Stacy Cooper, led me to his desk inside. It was very clear very quickly that what I thought was going to be a very stressful occasion was actually going to be alright. Stacy could not have been more helpful. He was very knowledgeable in his field, and showed tremendous customer service. Even though I was probably being complicated with all of my requirements that I was hoping to find in a car, he listened to each one and helped me consider all of my options with a high level of patience and support. Even as Stacy would disappear for a few minutes to go pull up a car for me to check out, other employees walking by would smile and exchange pleasantries. This place really had a positive atmosphere all around. I ended up driving away from Jeff Wyler in a stunning 2013 Rav4. This car is exactly what I had been wanting for months, but had given up hope in finding one that I could afford and that hadn't been wrecked or in bad shape. I didn't even mention to Stacy that I was interested in a Rav4 at all before he showed me this beautiful car. Once he saw how much I loved it, he made it a point to see how I could make it mine. Not at all in a pushy way. But in a "I genuinely want to help you" way. And I'm so glad he did. I really couldn't be happier with my new car and my whole experience at Jeff Wyler. Thank you, Stacy!
