Very Professional and Helpful Today My wife and I stopped in to look at the cars on the lot. We were greeted by Tom Frede who immediately put us at ease. Instead of going right i Today My wife and I stopped in to look at the cars on the lot. We were greeted by Tom Frede who immediately put us at ease. Instead of going right into the sales mode, he started a conversation. At first my wife and I suggested we were "Only looking", attempting to deflect attention away form us, but the reality of the situation was, we were there to look for a car. Tom acted as more of a tour-guide than a salesperson. He asked us what--if we were going to buy-- would we be looking for, and the infamous budget we might be tied to. He took the information we provided and quickly developed a list of current stock vehicles. He listened to and suffered through me and my wife's idiosyncrasies and provided a few cars to view. We took a ride in an Accord with a sport package. We fell in love with the lines of the car and the way it handled. Let's face it, if you don't like the look of the car your drive, what's the use of having it? Well, after we whined about the money, Tom worked his magic and was able to get us a deal we were not just okay with, but happy with. Overall, Tom is a great representative for Wyler. He understands that not everyone has a pound of Benjamin's in their back pocket .. we tried but someone else won the lottery ... and he knows how to work with people to meet their needs, not a sales goal on the bottom of a spread sheet.
