I first spoke with them when the car was in for routine servi My salesman , Brandon Turner, and his manager, Matt Brady, were very polite and helpful. I first spoke with them when the car was in for routine service. I explained I would be paying cash and how the car was to be titled. I was told if I called ahead of time the paper work would be started before I came in. I called the day before and made an appointment. This should have been a simple transaction, a transfer of title. It wasn't! It took almost 2 hours to complete the paperwork. Even the finance rep didn't seem to be familiar with the basic legal document he was presented with to complete the transfer. Everyone was very courteous throughout but I felt the whole process was handled very inefficiently . More
