He spent a fair amount of time with us even though he knew we were "only looking". Five weeks later when we were ready to buy we went back to work with Ken specifically as he had been so nice. We walked in and he remembered exactly which vehicle, model and color we were interested in. He was very helpful through the process of purchasing our new vehicle. He kept us update on when it arrived at the dealership, when the additions we wanted were finished and he helped complete the sale. The day of pickup, he spent considerable time explaining all the features and how to operate our new vehicle. We have his cell phone number for any questions. He wanted to take a picture with our new Odyssey and he even accommodated my fanciful request to have it taken with a big pink bow on it. Totally positive experience Byron immediately returned my request online for best price on a CRV. Wylers price was $1200 less than the others dealers “best price”. They also told me we could take delivery of the vehicle BEFORE I did the VW buyback on my TDI ($$ used for down payment). I had asked about a color that Wyler in Florence had and Byron assured us we could get that one in a matter of a couple hours. Came in the next day, and the one we wanted from Florence was sitting there waiting for us to test drive. Drive and all paperwork took about 3 hours. Chuck gave good customer service. I dropped off my Accord for service.. I hadn't planned on it taking 3 hours so I said I'd have to have it done another time. He actually offered me a choice of 3 vehicles. I chose the Ridgeline.I had fun driving home in a big new truck. Upon my return to pick up my car, Chuck asked how I liked the truck and walked me to my car. I didn't think walking me to my car was necessary in the daytime, but I thought it was considerate of him that I didn't have to wander the lot on my own. More
