Purchase a new Vehicle I came in to purchase a 2016 Camry I so online.The salesman told me that they didn't have a Camry.He checked my credit,It was over 700.He came me two I came in to purchase a 2016 Camry I so online.The salesman told me that they didn't have a Camry.He checked my credit,It was over 700.He came me two options in my choices. Poor follow up I don’t know where to begin. My daughter purchased a car in December 2017 and that went fine. Mo is a great salesmen. But she had to contacted the ban I don’t know where to begin. My daughter purchased a car in December 2017 and that went fine. Mo is a great salesmen. But she had to contacted the bank on January 25th 2018 to find out about her payments and they tell her they didn’t have any paperwork so she contacted the original finance guy Alan Turner who told her he found out the prior week there was another form that she needed to fill out which they never contacted her. On 1/27 she drove 30 minutes to sign the missing paperwork and they tell her it will take a couple of days. She calls the bank on 1/31 and they still didn’t have anything which they tell her it takes 2 weeks for them to process it and her payment is due on 2/1. She calls GM Matt Brady twice and leaves a message both time and he ignores her and didn’t have any one call her back. She goes back to Honda and talks to Alan again and he told her he left a message on 1/30 she called him out that he LIED because she has been home with the flu and no one called. Honda said they are making her payment so she needed to write a check to them. I find this out leave work to pick her up and go back to Honda to get more information. We get there and I ask for the GM. While waiting for someone which is around 5 pm I am looking around and see the sales guys playing Kung fu, I see Alan on his cell phone not behind his desk probably should have been doing paperwork. A sales manager ends up talking to us and we find out her account was created at 2:49pm that day. During this whole time Matt Brady never shows up to apologize for his staff dropping the ball and ignoring her calls and not having anyone call her. They said he was busy but I saw people going in and out of his office laughing. All I was looking for is for him to apologize to her but I am guessing he is too good to deal with a future customer. I know she will never do business with this dealership again and I will be telling everyone about this experience and behavior. More
