I had to wait 10 mins just to drop key off and about 10 mins for them to find Tim. CR-V was in for recall. When I got it home, the buttons on steering wheel did not work. I called yesterday at 7:30 and mins for them to find Tim. CR-V was in for recall. When I got it home, the buttons on steering wheel did not work. I called yesterday at 7:30 and 11:00 am and did not get a call back. I don't know if they were able to remotely reset something in my vehicle or if luck, but the buttons started working again. What is troubling is no communication or call back. I have purchased 3 Honda's from this dealership in the past 10 years and feel like that does not matter to them. I will probably switch brands for next vehicle even though I have had excellent vehicles from Honda. More
