Thanks for not letting my daughter drive back to college I called on a Saturday morning with concerns about my daughter's car because she had to go back to college the next day. I had been to a so called rep I called on a Saturday morning with concerns about my daughter's car because she had to go back to college the next day. I had been to a so called reputable place the day before but was ripped off and problem did not go away. To my surprise Dillon (sp?) told me the diagnosis I got was incorrect. They told me that it would be best to leave it with them and make sure they got it right. They advised me to not let my daughter drive it 5 hours to college. Jessica and Josh were also fantastic and kept me informed and Josh even drove the car home to make sure the problem was solved. The problem could have resulted in a severe failure of the vehicle. The other mechanic diagnosed as a bad battery. I am so thankful they did not let my daughter take car back to school. I have the car back now and it is running great. I will only go to Jeff Wyler from now on. BTW I was a first timer here. Can' t say enough about Dillon, Josh and Jessica.. Jack York More
