Super service I had to take my car in for a recall on the airbag and JD was the service representative that assisted me. We had great conversation about running the marathon send a different races in the city of Cincinnati that was a lot of fun because I’m actually considering it. He told me how long it would take for my car to be serviced and after the car with service I like the way they walk you out to your car and make sure that everything is OK and they do a 21 point inspection. The wait time was exact in the customer service was excellent! More

Rude Manager Manager was rude. He said "this price or you can go" TWICE. when being asked why he handle the customer that way (rude way), he will let you know beca Manager was rude. Make you feel you that he do not want to do business with you or do not to negotiate, Was there a week ago and got the offer from some Manager, and yesterday, he said NO ONE GIVE US THAT OFFER??? very confused by how they run thing here. They can give you offer, you go back and they said you are lying! and make you feel shame. Please be aware of this one, Otherwise, I think the staff is very nice, He tried his best to help us out and I feel so sorry wasting both of our time that way, they even got my credit checked!! More

Kind service department I have been dealing with Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain now for sales and service for several years now. I have been treated very well by all the people I have been dealing with Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain now for sales and service for several years now. I have been treated very well by all the people that have helped me. In my latest visit to the service department Al Strohofer went out of his way to help me figure out what was wrong with my car and provide several options to help me save money on the repairs. I have continually had oil changes and repairs done at this location, but have been consistently impressed with the way the staff understands the needs of the customer and will do what they can to assist, if you give them the opportunity. Al and the staff have been a great help and I will be back in the future More

Don't trust them Bought a Jeep from here. Keith Davis was the salesman and seemed like a nice guy. He's not. He had to go pick up our Jeep from a different lot. When h Bought a Jeep from here. Said not to worry they would send someone on that Monday to repair and they would take care of the payment. It never happened. He kept coming up with excuses on why the repair was taking so long to get setup and eventually just stopped responding to all text and emails. Bottom line is we had to pay for it ourselves ($800). Also said he would have a spare key sent to us as he had to leave it at the other dealership incase we didn't end up buying. Contacted him the next week and was informed there was no spare key. Overall just terrible service from the sales team. Nobody there cares to make things right. Definitely would not recommend this place and would suggest anyone who does to NOT use Keith Davis. I got paired with him through an online inquiry so beware. More

Complete waste of my time! Be aware! I spoke w/Christian Smith, salesman at Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain on Fri 3/1/19. I made an appt for the following Wed morning, 3/6/19. Christian a I spoke w/Christian Smith, salesman at Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain on Fri 3/1/19. I made an appt for the following Wed morning, 3/6/19. Christian asked me what I was looking for & I told him, a 2019 Civic Si Sedan in either rallye red or platinum white pearl. He told me they happened to have one of each on their lot! He asked for my credit score & I told him, 790. He said I’d have no problem getting approved. I looked at their inventory online & couldn’t find an Si, but never imagined they would lie, being such a huge Honda dealership. I drove 154 miles round trip, from Indiana to their dealership. I was ready to buy that day. I received a call at 9:15am on 3/6, from a senior salesman, verifying that I would make my appt. I told him I was on my way, my map said I should arrive at 9:37am. Christian & I talked for a bit & then he left me inside w/another salesman to talk while he went outside to pull the white Si up. 15-20 min later, he came in & immediately started apologizing, “he didn’t know, but those two Si’s had sold within the past couple days.” He then told me they had a coupe if I’d like to see it/test drive it. He went back outside for 15-20 min, came in & said he was sorry, he didn’t know it, but “the coupe sold the evening before!” Christian & the senior salesman wanted me to fill out a credit application to see what I could get approved for. I told them I wasn’t filling out a credit app at all because they didn’t have the car I wanted! Bait & switch. They knew my credit score & wanted to try to get me into something more expensive. On my way home from Cincinnati, I received a call from Travis, a salesman at Ed Martin Honda in Indianapolis. (I had reached out to them as well looking for an Si) He actually traded a Honda Ridgeline from their lot for the Si on another & I picked up my new 2019 Honda Civic Si Sedan in platinum white pearl the very next day on 3/7/19! I would highly recommend them to anyone! I got exactly what I wanted, for under what I was willing to pay OTD, so it all worked out better for me anyway. Honda America called me after my purchase at Ed Martin to get feedback & ask me to take their survey, like usual. Of course I gave Travis & my experience at Ed Martin a wonderful review. I also mentioned what happened at Jeff Wyler. The lady agreed that it is completely unacceptable & that is not the way Honda does business. She sent me to their escalation department as well for further review. Be aware before making a trip to Jeff Wyler on Colerain or either of their other two locations. They were a complete waste of my time! More
