Awesome highly recommend The service agent was great very understanding and pleasant. I cannot complain about the service. Even though there was an issue with the tech leav The service agent was great very understanding and pleasant. I cannot complain about the service. Even though there was an issue with the tech leaving the car window when taking the car through the carwash it was taken care of. My car stayed overnight in the service area to make sure it was totally dry. I was given a loner car till the next day when I picked up my car. My car was detailed on the inside along with drying out the car. That was awesome for them to do that extra step. More

Had to walk all over the lot to find my car after service. After service I was told my car was ready. I went out to a normal spot to pick it up and could not locate my car. The service rep had to walk me about a hundred feet away till he. Found it parked in a line of cars. I am 79 yrs old and should not have to search for the car after service Very poor customer awareness. More

Exceptional service! I am honestly very surprised by some of these reviews. Our experience at Wyler of Colerain was exceptional. We first found a car we were interested in I am honestly very surprised by some of these reviews. Our experience at Wyler of Colerain was exceptional. We first found a car we were interested in online and they had a sales rep drive up to Columbus and bring it down for us to look at! Unfortunately, it didn't meet our needs, but we were able to find a gem that ended up saving us money! We worked with both Bradley and Jerry, who were patient and didn't rush us. They made sure we left happy and all of our questions were answered. We also spoke to the sales manager John at the end of our transaction because we were so happy with the experience we had. I only hope that we had found Wyler sooner! The only thing we weren't a fan of was the AllState guy. It felt pushy. More
