We purchased a used Tesla from this dealership. We had our financing all lined up but they said they are not allowed to take outside financing. They said they worked with our same lender and just had to run it through their system, they showed us the number for what our original terms were and also some longer terms. I said no and I wanted the interest our lender gave us with and they said OK those numbers were based on that. The Salesperson Christian was super nice as well as Jerry but after I got home I saw where they changed the interest rate from 3.24 to 3.5. I got lied to and ripped off, that does not sit well with me. They also charge some $1495 fee for electrical inspection and adding a blinking brake light, I did not see the blinking brake light when we tested the car and I could not imagen them working on a Tesla so they removed some of that fee, this is a pure rip off fee. UPDATE Today they did correct the Interest Rate and said it was a typo mistake. That certainly helps and means they may have started bad they ended up OK. More
Went there to look at a new CRV and test drive one. Asked while we were driving if they were dealing and the salesman said they were going for MSRP. Needless to say we didn’t buy that car. We went to Kings Honda and ordered one for MSRP and just picked it up Feb 1st. More

Worst car buying experience of my life and I’ve been buying new vehicles for 45 years. Sent me a an “Exclusive Member Price”, then tacked on a 10k premium once I drove 3-1/2 hour to get to the dealershi buying new vehicles for 45 years. If I could give 0 stars I would. Pushy, rude and tried to mark up the car by 5k after running our credit. I will never step foot in this dealership again. Scammers is the only word I know. I did an online inquiry for a new Honda, and they priced it to me at MSRP. Then when we started to finish the deal, they informed me that there was a $5,000 over list price market adjustment. I understand this is a hot market, but dealers need to be upfront about the pricing and not sneak it in at the last minute. More
