He was so professional and very friendly, talked about his family and was interested in our needs. He made sure we were very satisfied with our vehicle before leaving the lot. I didn't like how the locks worked, so he changed them for me. We have loved our Honda so much, we have recommended this vehicle to others. The only bad experience we had a Honda is when my husband brought the Honda back for service and someone washed the car, they did a horrible job. In fact, it was so bad and spotted my husband had to get in rewashed because it looked so spotted and bad. We haven't had it washed there since. Other than that, our experience was very good and we would buy there again using Tom. I also have to give credit to the lady who dealt with the financing, she made sure we had all the coverage we needed. We didn't realize how expensive it would have been to repair the computer part and she explained how it could get expensive to replace that, so we bought bumper to bumper coverage. She was very knowledgeable in her job and everyone we dealt with was great. Thanks for making our transaction very easy and painless!! More

The competing dealer did not have a chance after that first impression. I am sure the competition has other salespeople who might have been fine, but first impressions are everything. And Al had made a good first impression. So we returned to Al Sanders at Wyler Honda on Colerain and bought 3 over a short period of time. When we started into the Honda-buying binge, we knew we would be likely to buy 3 so we visited the two dealers close to our area. Attitude was everything in the first deal.
