He has very good customer service skill's and knows the product. Also I was impressed with what a good listener he was. For a young person he seemed very experienced. I phoned on June 26th to Honda to talk about leasing/buying a new car. They told me to come and test drive and take it home for the weekend. Charley helped me from the get go, set me up with the car and periodically called to check to see if I had any questions or needed anything. I worked with Katie on a price, she was very thorough and answered all my questions. I bought the car on June 29th and I am a very happy client. This is my first Honda and I am very pleased. So is my family. The crew at Honda is exceptionally helpful and they give of their time, they never make you feel awkward or try to pressure you. Had a great experience. Charley worked with us and got the car we wanted without giving push back. She not only took care of us, making sure we knew how to work the navi and bluetooth but she also took ca the car we wanted without giving push back. Safety was my main concern traveling with my 5 year old daughter and my old vehicle caused me to lose sleep because it was so unreliable. I also did not have the best credit history but Al was able to get a great deal worked out.
