In shopping for a new car we were almost set to buy a Chevy Malibu and had found the right dealer; then we saw the Honda Accord at the car show and decided to consider it as well. In our search for a Honda dealer and the car we wanted to see, we found the internet and email to be very convenient. That's how we met our internet salesman, Marty Addison. A quick response from him that even included a clear price quote convinced us to pay him a visit. We test drove an new Accord and we found Marty to be very personable and knowlegeable about the car. Still undecided about which car or Honda dealer to choose, we continued to shop and checked out three other Honda dealers. None was able to impress us enough to want to deal with them instead of Marty - meaning, they they did not beat his price. We went back to the Chevy dealer, and then back to Honda of Colerain and met with Marty again. We left with a new Honda Accord and have no regrets. So, if you are looking for the best price and a friendly, knowledgeable salesman with sense of humor, ask for Marty Addison. By the way, on this survey, I had given the 'Quality of Work' a rating of 'N/A' thinking it applies to service work which I have yet to experience at this dealership. After the sales presentation by Mr. Addison, including a test drive,it was easy to make the decision to purchase the Odyssey. Mr. Addison was very knowledgeable about the operation, features and power train functions,and demonstrated them in an understandable manner. He spent several hours with us in demonstrating the vehicle and arranging financing that we could manage. After our experience with Mr. Addison we felt very secure in recommending him to our daughter.We had confidence that he would treat her fairly and honestly, she also purchased a vehicle from Jeff Wyler Honda SERVICE: I had two warranty service request. I explained to Matt Bergelt that the brakes were soft and the front end klunked. Without further info fom me he said that he would have it checked, he did they fixed the master cylinder and replaced a strut. Problem resolved without further ado.
